How will I receive my Virtual Session?
We will connect face-to-face over Zoom during your scheduled time to move through energy together, receive intuitive insights, and restore your energetic flow in real time. What do I need to do during the Virtual Session?
Simply arrive as you are, open to receive. I recommend joining from a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and be fully present. You may wish to bring a journal, crystals, or any sacred objects that support your practice, and water to stay hydrated.
If you’d like to have soft background music playing during the session, you’re welcome to wear earphones to help deepen your experience and stay centered. The energy will flow as we work together in real time to support your Soul’s healing and alignment.
How long does the session itself last?
The live portion of your session typically lasts between 35 to 45 minutes, depending on your unique needs and what arises during our time together. This includes live energy healing, intuitive guidance, and space to reflect or integrate anything that comes through. After our Zoom session, I take additional time in sacred stillness to reconnect with your energy field and complete your personalized post-session PDF.
